Delivery charges
Flat Rs. 250 delivery on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.

Payment options
- Cash on Delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives.
- Bank transfer: pay in advance and get Rs. 150 off your delivery charge. Transfer your order total minus Rs. 150, then send the payment screenshot to our WhatsApp at 0320-0935021. Your order ships once we confirm the payment.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share your tracking details. For any delivery question, message us on WhatsApp at 0320-0935021.

Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
